Where We Work

STP is currently operating in Turkana County, a region at the frontline of climate vulnerability in Kenya. Our work centers on the restoration of degraded rangelands, protection of key ecosystems like Lokitela Etuko and the Lake Turkana basin, and the empowerment of pastoralist communities facing environmental and economic hardship.

Looking forward, STP is preparing to expand our model to other pastoralist regions of Kenya, including Baringo, Kajiado, West Pokot, and Elgeyo Marakwet counties. These areas share similar ecological challenges and community needs, and our goal is to deliver scalable, community-driven solutions for climate adaptation, land restoration, and sustainable livelihoods.
