Paul is currently a Monitoring and Evaluation officer working for Turkana County Government in the department of Tourism, Culture, Natural Resources and Climate change and acting M&E officer at department of Water. His roles are: Monitoring and Implementation of Government Policies, programs and projects with key roles in Developing monitoring and impact indicators of data collected for project’s success, Participating in project evaluations, Performing regular visits to ensure the quality of data collected to verify the accuracy of reported data and Assisting in establishing log frames, M&E work plans, and targets during the drafting of donor projects proposals as well as throughout project implementation and Working as we as focal person for monitoring and evaluation component in the department
Paul has also worked as an accountant in various reputable organizations including Amref Kenya, NG-CDF Turkana Central, Christian Aid, Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric Aids Foundation (EGPAF), United Nations Africa Foundation (USADF) and Kenya School of Government (KSG), Baringo Campus. He performed excellent and timely financial reporting roles during his tenure.
Paul is also working as an engagement Partner at Ekai and associate audit firm since 2019 to date. He has requisite knowledge in financial review and technical skills in system administration in matters finance.
Paul is a holder of Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance option at Jomo Kenya university of Agriculture and Technology, He is also a holder of Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Purchasing and supplies option at University of Eldoret Second class Honors Upper Division. He is also a professional accountant CPA III finalist and a holder of Diploma in Business administration at Kenya Industrial Training Institute, Nakuru.
Paul is a full member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management.
Paul is the co-founder of Save the Pastoralist Organization, treasurer and Co-founder of Lochor-aikeny Professional Association and a charity worker champion on matter climate change and environmental conservation.
