Willimina Kebo Nakulo is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Save the Pastoralists (STP) Kenya. With a bachelor’s degree in procurement and contract management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a diploma in supply chain management from Railways Training Institute Nairobi, Willimina brings a robust academic foundation to her role. Her three-year tenure with Oxfam GB’s Turkana Programme provided invaluable experience in managing procurement processes in complex and resource-limited settings.
In addition, her experience as an Accounts Opening Officer with Equity Bank’s Lodwar Branch and as an enumerator at CHASP Advisory have equipped her with a unique blend of skills in both financial services and field data collection. In her leadership role at STP Kenya, Willimina leverages her background to enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and drive impactful strategies that benefit pastoralist communities. Her expertise in procurement and contract management is an asset to STP, ensuring that resources are managed responsibly and sustainably to support the organization’s mission.
